Privacy Policy

Who I am

Anchor Point Labs LLC is based in Woodstock, Georgia. Questions about this policy go to support@anchorpoint-labs.com.

What I collect

When you book a call, I collect your first and last name, email, mobile phone number, business name, and what's slowing your sales down. You can also share your website, business type, team size, and how you heard about me.

Why I use it

I use this information to schedule and hold your call, to prepare for the call, and to follow up with you about it by email.

Tools that process it

HighLevel runs my booking calendar and contact records, sends my emails about your call, and stores any email replies you send me. Google Calendar and Google Meet are used to schedule and hold the call.

Selling

I don't sell your information.

Text messages

If you opt in, I may send you text messages. These can include confirmations and reminders about booked calls, replies to your questions, and, if you've separately agreed to them, occasional updates and offers. Giving your mobile number when you book a call is not permission to text you, and agreeing to texts is never a condition of booking or buying anything. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for help. You can also email support@anchorpoint-labs.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Keeping and deleting your information

I keep your booking and contact records, including any email replies, for up to 2 years after our last contact. If you ask, I'll delete them sooner. To ask, email support@anchorpoint-labs.com.

Cookies and analytics

This site doesn't add its own analytics or advertising cookies. The booking calendar is provided by HighLevel, which may use cookies or similar browser storage to run the calendar.

Children

This site isn't meant for children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If I change this policy, I'll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
